Wework launches a shoppable London office pop-up store, designed by influencers
Shared workspace tech giant Wework has today launched a pop-up office in Holborn that is completely shoppable, and is designed with influencers in mind.
Open throughout January, the pop-up is filled with office decor from brands such as Urban Outfitters which can be bought via the Liketoknow.it app.
Londoners can sign up online to grab a spot in the pop-up for a whole day's work, with the ability to host meetings, try out the Wework space and work in the office for free.
"We’re very excited to be kicking off the year with such a fun and creative project in partnership with LIKEtoKNOW.it," said Wework's UK and Ireland general manager Mathieu Proust.
"We’re looking forward to hosting influencers and Londoners at one of our newest locations in London, Aviation House."
The experience follows Wework's first co-branded pop-up with Liketoknow.it in Miami last year.
Influencers have been under fire this week, after research published yesterday revealed brands could have wasted millions of pounds on marketing using influencer networks on Instagram.
A report by US marketing specialist Captiv8 revealed that $2.1bn (£1.6bn) was spent on influencer-sponsored Instagram posts in 2017 but more than 11 per cent of engagement on those posts was generated from fraudulent accounts.
