Pinsent Masons
International law firm Pinsent Masons has strengthened its funds team in London by appointing Daniel Greenaway as partner. Greenaway arrives from SJ Berwin, where he was a senior associate in the private equity funds formation team. Greenaway specialises in structuring and closing buyout and debt funds, as well as M&A transactions including the establishment of co-investment funds, the acquisition of funds and acquisition structuring.
Charles Stanley
Charles Stanley has appointed Clive Worlock, formerly of BNP Paribas Private Investment Management, to its asset management division. Charles Stanley has also appointed Janet Hall, previously divisional director at Brewin Dolphin, to its Eastbourne branch.
Molson Coors
Sue Albion, legal director and company secretary at Molson Coors, has been promoted to the company’s board. During her time at Molson Coors, Albion has advised on the company’s distribution deal with Grupo Modelo and the acquisition of Sharp’s Brewery.
Colliers International
Colliers International has appointed Philip Papenfus as head of south-east offices to its national offices team. Papenfus will join Colliers from his own company, Cornerpoint, where he worked with clients including Stanhope, Legal & General and Threadneedle.
First State
First State Investments has appointed Nonie Zaremba to its global equities team as investment specialist. Zaremba joins First State from SAC Capital, where she held the position of senior investment analyst.
Prupim
Real estate fund manager Prupim has appointed Nina Jackson to lead its sustainability and environment team. Jackson will be responsible for developing the firm’s sustainability strategy and environmental reporting programmes.
Linklaters
Jan Willem de Boer has been elected as a partner at Linklaters’ Amsterdam office. Previously, De Boer was a senior M&A partner and head of the restructuring practice at Dutch firm De Brauw.
Aberdeen AM
Christiaan van Beek has joined Aberdeen Asset Management Asia as a senior property investment specialist, based in Singapore. Van Beek will promote the group’s European direct property strategies into Asia.
