MHA MacIntyre Hudson
The accounting firm has announced the appointment of Sarah Jarvie as a manager in its restructuring and recovery team. She has over 15 years’ experience, and was most recently at KPMG.
PwC
The professional services firm has appointed two data analytics partners to its financial services risk and regulation team. Nick Bouch joins from Deloitte, where he led its retail banking data analytics team. Prior to that, he held senior positions at IBM Global Services and SAS Institute. David Choi joins from PwC’s US firm, where he was a team leader. Bouch and Choi will also co-lead PwC’s UK financial services advanced risk and compliance analytics team.
Natixis
Eric Le Brusq has joined Natixis as global head of equity derivatives sales. He was previously chief executive at LBDD Finance. Le Brusq has also held roles at Societe Generale and BNP Paribas.
EY
The professional services firm has hired Mark Hutchinson as a partner in its advisory practice. He has over 20 years’ industry experience, and will focus on large-scale transformation projects. Hutchinson was formerly at KPMG, where he was a partner and head of management consulting.
Mercer
The consultancy firm has announced the appointment of Mark Rowlands to lead sales and marketing for its defined contribution and savings business. He joins from Partnership Assurance, where he was head of corporate partners. Prior to that, Rowlands spent seven years at Axa Corporate, where he was head of business development.
Square Mile
Alex Farlow has joined Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research as head of risk-based solutions research. Farlow previously held investment research roles at Marsh/Mercer and Morningstar OBSR.
TheCityUK
The financial services lobby group has appointed Lord Stephen Green as chairman of its advisory council. He will replace Sir Win Bischoff from June. Green was group chairman of HSBC Holdings from 2006 to 2010, when he became minister for UK Trade and Industry. He retired as a minister in December 2013.
