PKF Littlejohn

PKF Littlejohn has appointed Catherine Heyes as a partner. Catherine joined PKF Littlejohn as a senior tax manager in April 2014. She works with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with holistic advice and solutions in order to resolve problems and present opportunities relevant to their particular circumstances. Her advisory expertise includes employee share schemes, exit strategies, restructuring and R&D claims, both in a UK and international context. Catherine works with clients in a variety of sectors including insurance broking, technology and hospitality, and range from family owned SMEs to large international groups.

IRIS Software Group

IRIS Software Group, a provider of business critical software and services, has appointed Matt Tuson as chief revenue officer of its accountancy division. Matt has a 20-year track record in cloud technology, working with organisations including Salesforce and RightNow Technologies. He joins from NewVoiceMedia and was instrumental in the global expansion of the business, increasing sales productivity by 100 per cent and delivering triple figure growth. In his career, Matt has worked with innovative technology for years and has a great understanding of all aspects of the industry, from product development to customer experience.

AXA Investment Managers

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has appointed John King to the AXA IM Framlington UK equities desk as an assistant portfolio manager. Based in London, John will support the seven strong UK equities team, reporting to George Luckraft, head of UK equities at AXA IM. John has extensive experience of the UK equities market having spent the past six years in UK equity sales, first at N+1 Singer, then at UBS and most recently at Jefferies. Prior to this he spent five years at Ernst & Young as a senior consultant where he earned his ACCA qualification.

Quinn Emanuel

Quinn Emanuel has appointed Robert F. Amaee as a partner and head of the firm's white collar and corporate investigations practice in London. He had previously been a partner at Covington & Burling. Robert advises clients on a range of criminal and regulatory matters, including internal investigations, voluntary and compelled disclosures to enforcement authorities, and the development of effective compliance programs. He also advises clients on World Bank enforcement matters, and on UK Parliamentary matters including Parliamentary Select Committee hearings.
