Utilitywise beats expectations
Aim-listed utility cost management consultancy Utilitywise yesterday said that it had performed slightly ahead of expectations for both revenue and pre-tax profit for the six months to 31 January, ahead of announcing its results on 29 April. The firm said that the value of contracts secured but not yet live stood at a record £23.8m, up from £18.2m. “We look forward to the remainder of the year with confidence,” said boss Geoff Thompson.
