Denmark’s answer to Heston Blumenthal will be in town on?Friday evening for a one-off event to promote his new book:?Noma: Time and Place in Nordic cuisine. Redzepi (below) is famous for his creative use of ingredients and arrangements on the plate, recreating scenes in nature in an ingenious way. DANISH FOOD COMES TO CLERKENWELL
Clerkenwell continues to attract interesting new dining options.?The latest is from another Dane – Christoffer Hruskova – who is following off success of his excellent Fig in Islington. Expect the likes of reindeer rolled in burnt hay with salt-baked beetroot and smoked bone marrow, and glazed veal sweetbread with pickled green elderberries.
