Boylesports
The Irish bookmaker has appointed Lee Richardson as its new chief executive.
Richardson, who has a passion for restoring and driving classic cars in his spare time, joins from Canadian gaming software provider Chartwell Technology, where he led its licensing and marketing arm.
He was also previously chief operating officer for Coral Eurobet, where he was responsible for online sports betting and gaming operations, and managing director of totalbet.com, the online betting division of the Tote.
Redington
Pension fund and insurance consultancy firm Redington has hired David Bennett as a director in its investment consulting team.
Bennett is a 24-year veteran of investment banking giant Goldman Sachs, which he joined from James Capel to help establish the gilt market primary dealer business.
Deloitte
The business advisory firm has appointed Malcolm Drysdale, Julian Remnant and Peter Wallace as partner, associate partner and director respectively.
Drysdale returns to the M&A practice after a secondment in Hong Kong, while Remnant and Wallace join from Accenture.
Thames River Capital
Dahlia Verjee is to join the hedge fund as a senior trader for its 12-strong global credit team, led by Stephen Drew.
Verjee was previously a principal trader working in high yield credit, both cash and CDS, at Deephaven Capital Management.
Ernst & Young
The accountancy group has appointed Catherine Barton as a partner in its European actuarial services group.
Barton joins from rival Deloitte, where she led the UK retail actuarial team.
Ambrian Partners
The stockbroker has hired utilities analyst Angelos Anastasiou to its research team.
Anastasiou was most recently head of utilities at Pali International, and has also worked at Williams de Broë (now Evolution Securities) and Panmure Gordon.
