The bank has announced the appointment of Kim Hillier as European head of private banking. Hillier has over 30 years’ experience as a wealth management adviser. She joined the bank in 2012 from Stonehage Investment Partners.
BlackRock
The investment management firm has recruited Rachel Lord as head of iShares for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She was most recently at Citigroup, where she was global head of corporate equity derivatives. Prior to that, Lord held a number of senior roles at Morgan Stanley.
Cushman & Wakefield
The commercial real estate company has appointed Justin Taylor as head of retail for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined the firm in 1981.
James Hambro & Partners
Christopher Macklin has joined the private asset management partnership as business development manager. He was previously at Schroders Bank, where he was a portfolio manager, and began his career at Ashurst.
Vanguard
The asset management company has announced the hire of Steve Charlton as defined contribution proposition manager for Europe. He was most recently at Mercer, where he was a principal within its leadership team. He has previously held various roles at Punter Southall and Towers Perrin.
Algomi
The information solutions provider has recruited Neil Murray as head of European sales. Murray has previously worked as a credit trader at Nomura and BNP Paribas.
IFM Investors
Lucy Willsher has joined the investment management firm as an associate in its European debt investments team. She was most recently at West LB, where she was a manager. Willsher formerly worked in the financial advisory team at PwC.
City & Guilds
The skills education business has hired Kirstie Donnelly as UK managing director. She was previously director of products and marketing at learndirect.
