The law firm has announced the appointment of Lisa Leiman Hearn as a partner in its London office. She specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Hearn joined in 2005 and was formerly counsel at the firm.
Jones Lang LaSalle
The property company has hired Helen Gough as head of its buildings and construction business. She has previously held various roles at King Sturge, Capita and CB Hillier Parker.
Close Brothers Asset Management
Seton Craven has joined the asset management firm as an investment director in its bespoke investment management team. He was most recently at Psigma, where he was responsible for managing multi-asset portfolios for high net worth families and trusts.
FM Global
The business property insurance firm has made two appointments. Chris Johnson has been appointed senior vice president (SVP) and division manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined the firm in 1979. Stefano Tranquillo has been promoted to SVP and division manager for Asia Pacific.
CentralNic
Glenn Hayward has joined the internet platform business as chief financial officer. He was most recently executive director for business development and finance at Nominet. Prior to that, he held various positions at Morris, Arthur Andersen, Psion Computers and Easyjet.
Fitch Ratings
The ratings agency has named Mark Oline as global head of business and relationship management. He has worked at the company for 18 years, and was formerly global analytical head of corporate finance.
Sweett Group
The construction and property consultancy has announced the hire of Patrick Sinclair as chief financial officer. Sinclair is a chartered accountant, having qualified with PwC in 2001. He was previously head of finance at Penna, regional director of finance at NCP, and financial controller at Danone.
