For all the talk of a roaring UK economy, most of the emerging market economies that are getting trashed right now aren't doing all that badly.
The above chart shows that most are actually expected to show more growth than the UK this year.
That includes Turkey and Indonesia, economies that are thought to be at the center of the so-called crisis.
It's unfair to call recent emerging markets developments a "crisis". What we're really seeing is a currency adjustment – a depreciation. And the amount of flow is limited.
