Towry turns to art with Turk and Gormley
WEALTH advisor Towry enjoyed a reason to celebrate last week. It is the sponsor of the National Open Art Exhibition, which announced its winner, an artist called Mackie, on Thursday with a series of events including a prize giving ceremony on Friday at Somerset House. L-R: Neil Lawson Baker (CEO National Open Art Exhibition), Gavin Turk (artist and Vice President, National Open Art Exhibition) and Antony Gormley (artist). “Walk into any financial services institution in the City and the first thing that may strike you is the creativeness and variety of art on show,” Rob Devey, chief executive of Towry said. Hopefully we’ll see some of competition winner Mackie’s work hanging in the City’s hallowed halls soon.
