Charles Berkeley has been appointed partner in the professional services firm’s lead advisory practice. Berkeley is an experienced investment banker, and has previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort, Royal Bank of Canada, and Canaccord Genuity.

The derivatives company has recruited Gary Dale Gatchell as finance director. Gatchell has over 25 years’ industry experience. He was previously chief financial officer at Carrier Access. Prior to that, he was an audit manager at KPMG.
PwC
Patrick Figgis has been appointed as global health industries leader at PwC. In his role, he will be responsible for the firm’s healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences practices. Figgis has worked across a number of sectors including health, advising global and local firms on strategic and operational issues.

The solar panel distributor has recruited Steven Pleging as chief executive. Pleging has formerly held management positions at Philips.
