Bain plans to ditch LinkedIn stock
Investors cashed out of LinkedIn yesterday, with Bain Capital Ventures, one of its biggest shareholders, planning to sell the whole of its 4.3 per cent stake in next week’s secondary offering of shares. The sale marks the end of a lock-in period for a large proportion of the buyers of the networking site’s float issuance. Its shares dropped 3.95 per cent yesterday.
