Wales suffer from Byrne out
RUGBY UNION: Wales full-back Lee Byrne has been ruled out of their first three autumn internationals after breaking a bone in his hand. Byrne has an outside chance of returning against New Zealand on 27 November but will definitely miss clashes with Australia, South Africa and Fiji on the three preceding weekends. Cardiff Blues’ Chris Czekaj has been called up as cover although Byrne’s Ospreys team-mate James Hook could yet take the No15 shirt.
