Growing in popularity thanks to the dramatic scenery, Ronda is now firmly on the map as one of Spain’s must-sees. The El Tajo gorge was created by the Guadalvein River, its 120 m deep and up to 68 m wide and divides Ronda in two. The Puente Nuevo Bridge which connects the two sides of the gorge bridge is still strong enough for people to cross and is one of Spain’s most photographed locations.
