Raven Russia says it’s nearly full
Booming demand for warehouse space in Moscow and St Petersburg has helped Raven Russia post strong results in the third quarter of the year. The London-listed firm that supplies warehouse space for big blue-chip companies in Russia said over 97 per cent of its 1.4m square metre portfolio is let thanks to a squeeze in supply of new space in the Russian market. In a trading statement for the period from 1 July to 15 November, Raven posted an annualised net operating income of $192.2m, including pre-let agreements and letters of intent. Raven Russia has also signed a pre-let deal with Dixy, one of Russia’s biggest supermarket chains, for 39,284 sq m at one of its schemes.
