Property investor buoyed by strong capital portfolio
Property investment firm CLS Holdings yesterday said the market value of its London portfolio jumped 34 per cent, to £705m, in 2014.
The company said this uplift reflected both strong growth in the value of underlying investment properties and “very strong growth” in the values of its four developments in the city.
London made up over half of its entire property portfolio, which grew by 15.8 per cent to £1.31bn.
Sten Mortstedt, CLS chairman, said: “The group’s portfolio is well-positioned to benefit from a continuing strong UK market.”
