Are the Welsh a nation of skivers, or is it just this one time…?
Almost twice as many Welsh than English supporters are taking a day off work to watch the England V Wales match on Thursday, it's been suggested
While just under 40 per cent of football fans in Wales will be taking the day off to watch the Group B match which kicks off at 2pm, only a fifth of England fans will be absent from work.
Meanwhile, the study from online trader IG, found just over 20 per cent of British businesses have made provisions to let staffers catch the Euro 2016 action.
However, those who haven't been given a long lunch to watch the football won't let their killjoy employers get in the way of the beautiful game.
The study found England fans are twice as likely to be watching sport on the sly this week, with 12 per cent saying they'll keep up to speed with the European Championships from their desks. Just six per cent of Welsh fans will do the same.
