Gatland signs up until 2015
RUGBY UNION: Wales coach Warren Gatland has extended his contract, committing himself to the job until the end of the 2015 World Cup. The New Zealander’s new deal ends speculation he could return home to Waikato Chiefs and appears to rule out any major role with the 2013 British and Irish Lions tour to Australia. Gatland has named uncapped Scarlets teenager George North in his squad for the autumn Tests against Tri-Nations opposition.
