Glendevon King Asset Management
The independent fixed income boutique has appointed Richard Kendall as chief executive with immediate effect, following a strategic review of the business. Kendall will be responsible for leading the new management team through the next phase of growth, and shifting the firm’s focus towards institutional investors, private banks and ultra high net worth individuals. Kendall joined GKAM in February 2010 and was promoted to director later in the year. Prior to joining GKAM, Richard spent 25 years as a solicitor in private practice.

Matthew Gash has joined the corporate debt advisory company GGW as director, joining Alistair Lee and founder directors Greg Begley and Gerry Milligan. Gash has more than 20 years’ experience with City banks, principally MeesPierson-Fortis, where he led the Real Estate and Healthcare teams. BNY Mellon
BNY Mellon Alternative Investment Services has appointed Jim Whitaker as head of relationship management for the Americas, and Mark Mannion as head of relationship management for EMEA. Whitaker and Mannion will continue to be based in New York and Dublin respectively, reporting to Brian Ruane, chief executive.

The regional accountancy firm has appointed Zoe Pink as marketing and business development manager. Pink joins from Grant Thornton, where she advised on business development and marketing strategies across the firm’s pensions advisory and investment management groups.

Ruth Murphy will join the financial services group as head of charity business development this summer. Murphy has worked in the charity sector for almost 30 years, at firms including Scope and the Charities Aid Foundation.

The investment management company has appointed Jeffrey Lefleur to managing director, operating out of London and New York. He will continue to be responsible for sourcing and executing sale-leaseback transactions in Europe.
