Callcredit Information Group
UK-based credit reference agency and specialist in managing consumer data Callcredit information group has appointed Colin Rutter as chief risk officer and general counsel. With over 25 years of legal experience, Colin Rutter joins Callcredit Information Group from Experian where he was general counsel and a member of the UK&I, EMEA and APAC executive teams. In his time at Experian, Colin set up and ran legal, compliance and government affairs teams in the EMEA, APAC and UK&I regions, and the commercial team in the UK&I.
Barclaycard
Amer Sajed has been appointed chief executive of Barclaycard, effective immediately. Amer joined Barclaycard in 2006 from Citigroup, where he undertook a number of senior roles in cards and finance over the course of a 20-year career. In his 10 years with Barclays, he has been CEO of Barclaycard’s businesses in the UK and US, and has also led Barclaycard’s payment services to businesses and corporations. He has served as interim Barclaycard CEO since May 2015.
Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe
Steve Willingham, HSBC’s head of real estate finance for the EMEA region, will succeed Madeleine McDougall as chairman of CREFC Europe. Steve’s one-year term will begin at CREFC Europe’s autumn conference on 14 November. Other board appointments include Jane Hollinshead, principal at IJD Consulting and former head of real estate at Addleshaw Goddard, as well as Mike Shields, managing director and structured products at ING Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining HSBC in 2014, Steve was at global investment management firm BlackRock, where he was responsible for the opportunistic investment programme for their European PERE funds.
Ogilvy & Mather London
Ogilvy & Mather London (O&M London) has appointed Clare Donald to the newly created role of chief production officer. She will report to O&M London’s new chief commercial officer Mick Mahoney and will join the all-new senior management team alongside Mahoney, Charlie Rudd, and Kevin Chesters. Clare has been head of operations at Google Creative Labs since 2013. Before this she worked as head of operations at Havas for three years, where she worked closely with Mick Mahoney. She was previously a senior producer at Mother and deputy head of TV at JWT. Clare started her career as a commercials producer and has also worked in feature and short film production.
