Principal Global Investors
The asset management firm has announced several appointments to its fixed income team in Europe. Mark Cernicky and Randy Woodbury (pictured) transfer to its London office. Cernicky has 15 years’ investment experience and is a managing director. Woodbury is a senior portfolio manager and trader. In addition, Nicolas Woodcock joins as senior fixed income analyst, and Sebastien Poulin has been appointed senior high yield analyst.
Mercer
The talent, health, retirement and investment consultancy has appointed Ravi Rastogi as partner and insurance group leader (Europe). He joins from Towers Watson, where he was Europe, Middle East and Africa leader of its insurance investment advisory group. Rastogi has 25 years’ experience in financial services.
Broadgate Estates
The property management firm has appointed Mike Davidson as project director for retail and Guy Calver as associate director for retail. Davidson joins from Land Securities, where he was head of retail operations. He started his career at Woolworths and has also worked as managing director of Gunwharf Quays. Calver joins from DTZ, where he was associate director of shopping centres. He has also held roles at MJ Mapp, EFM Asset Management, and NB Real Estate.
Lloyds Bank
The bank has announced two appointments to its charity finance team. Chris Francis joins as relationship director. He has over 30 years’ experience in banking. Sarah Baker joins as relationship manager.
Malcolm Hollis
The building consultancy has launched an in-house energy arm and appointed David Cadwallader as associate to lead the team. In addition, Ashley Winter, Martyn Furse, Luke Molyneux have all been promoted to partner within the business.
Kony
Michael Capellas has been appointed to the advisory board of the enterprise mobility firm. He has 30 years’ experience, and was previously chairman of VCE, chief executive of First Data, president of HP, and chairman and chief executive of Compaq.
