Risk Focus, a provider of control and compliance for regulatory trade and transaction reporting to the global capital markets, has appointed Elena Gaetini as european head of business development and governmental affairs, extending the company’s reach in continental Europe. Elena joins from the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, where she served as the director for governmental affairs and the head of southern Europe and France for Deriv/SERV sales. Elena has a solid track record in sales, project management and business development.
Lumeon
Lumeon, a digital health company, has named Mike Wilkinson to the newly created role of vice president of marketing and product management. In his role, Mike will work to expand and deliver on Lumeon’s Care Pathway vision, providing better care at less cost. Mike will serve on Lumeon’s executive management team. He is a senior marketing professional with more than 25 years’ experience delivering go-to-market strategies for global companies like BroadSoft, Alcatel and Newbridge Networks. In those various roles he assisted service providers in packaging, monetising and launching their cloud-based offerings.
Victory Park Capital Advisors
Victory Park Capital Advisors has appointed Cormac Leech as principal to the firm. Cormac will be based in London and act as the European representative for VPC and will be working across all aspects of its business including the London listed VPC Specialty Lending Investments. He will start his role in September. Cormac was previously a director and co-founder of alternative finance at Liberum, the London-based investment bank. During this time, he focused on the online lending sector and was involved in raising capital for several investment trusts. Cormac has over a decade of experience as a financial analyst, having previously worked at JPMorgan and ABN Amro.
Aldermore
Aldermore, the specialist lender and savings bank, has appointed Anna O'Connor as an operations manager in its savings business. Anna joins from BGL Group where she spent seven years, initially as a business analyst and latterly as a corporate partnership manager. Based in Aldermore’s Peterborough office, Anna will be responsible for the day to day operations management of the retail savings business as well as supporting strategic initiatives to improve customer experience.
