RSM
The audit, tax, and consulting services firm has announced the appointments of Pelle Langli and Mark Wootton (pictured) as partners in its consulting practice. Langli joins from EC Partners. He has more than 15 years' experience in consulting, and will focus on building RSM's finance function advisory service line. Wootton joins from KM&T UK, where he was managing director of consulting. He will head up RSM's operational improvement service line.
COMPLIANCE SCIENCE
The governance, risk management and compliance solutions provider has appointed Ronald Gould as chairman of Europe. He has held management positions at BZW/Barclays Asset Management, is a former chief executive of Chi-X Asia Pacific, a former chief executive of ABG Sundal Collier ASA, and was previously managing director of Axa Investment Managers. Gould has also served as a senior adviser to the FCA.
SHEFFIELD HAWORTH
Mark Dixon has been appointed managing director in the executive search firm's global technology practice. He joins from CTPartners, where he led its CIO practice across Europe and Asia. Dixon has also served as head of the technology practice at Hutton Consulting.
RWC PARTNERS
The investment manager has announced the appointments of Miki Sugimoto and Matthew Hannay to its Global Horizon team. Sugimoto has previously held roles at Veritas, where she was an assistant fund manager to the Real Return Asia fund, and Newton Investment Management, where she was director of Japanese equities. Hannay joins from Baillie Gifford, where he worked on its global income, developed Asia equities and North American equities desks.
CAIN HOY ENTERPRISES
The private investment company has appointed Richard Pilkington as managing director and Tanja Ennsgraber as associate director. Pilkington was most recently managing director of Oxford Properties' UK business. He has also held roles at MGPA, Laing O'Rourke and Lend Lease. Ennsgraber joins from LaSalle Investment Management, where she worked in its debt investments and special situations team.
TOWRY
The financial planning and wealth management company has announced the appointment of Wadham Downing as chief financial officer. He joins from Legal & General, where he held a number of senior group positions, including group chief financial officer and group mergers and acquisitions and strategy director. Downing has also held roles at Resolution and Britannic.
