    CRICKET: Sri Lankan legend Muttiah Muralitharan is to retire from Test cricket in 2010 after being warned against further damaging his knee. The 37-year-old, who is the all-time record wicket-taker in Test and One-Day cricket, does, however, plan to continue planning the shorter forms of the game.
