British Land signs third tenant at West End’s Marble Arch House
BRITISH Land has secured a third tenant at Marble Arch House in the West End after signing a deal with NERA Economic Consulting.
The research and consultancy firm has signed a ten-year lease to take up 11,500 square feet on the third floor of the building, at £72.50 per sq ft.
The deal comes just weeks after Access Industries, the industrials group owned by the Ukrainian-born US tycoon Len Blavatnik, and hedge fund Fulcrum Asset Management agreed to take up space in the building, which was completed earlier this year.
British Land began work on Marble Arch House after buying the building from Portman Estates in 2011. The site has 15,000 sq ft of retail space as well as 10 luxury flats nearby on 62-64 Seymour Street.
