Hammerson bags tower tenant
Hammerson’s Principal Place development has secured its first pre-let office tenant, four years before the firm expects to move in. Law firm CMS Cameron McKenna will take up to 200,000 square feet in the 50-storey main tower in Shoreditch – around a third of the total office space. CMS plans to move in 2015, though the project is not even due to get planning permission until later this year.
