Electoral Commission data: Where did political parties including the Conservatives, Labour, the Liberal Democrats, the SNP and Ukip get their money at the end of 2015?
Political parties had many expenses in 2015, from the General Election to the Labour leadership race and the campaigns for Mayor of London kicking off.
Across the year, some £67.1m was donated to political parties, with £9.2m of that donated in the last quarter alone.

In the last quarter, the Conservative party raised far more than any other party, according to data from the Electoral Commission.

Individuals made up the most in donations, with trade unions and companies lagging behind.
Individuals mostly donated to the Conservative party. In fact, the Tories garnered just over 60 per cent of their funding from individuals, and just under 35 per cent of it from companies.
But the Labour party, conversely, got nearly 80 per cent of its funding from trade unions.
