Social Media Manager, London Real

London Real is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly creative individual to take the lead on their global social media marketing efforts. The successful candidate will work to create the best-in-class strategies, breakthrough content and leverage both established and emerging platforms. They will direct all social media activities to engage new and existing customers in ways that drive the acquisition of both London Real courses, whilst encouraging people to watch their content. The ideal candidate will understand how to use social media to strategically build brands, create attention and generate advocacy on a global scale. The successful candidate will work and manage others in the social media team.

London Real is looking for someone who has experience in developing highly creative social media and marketing campaigns, an in-depth understanding of how to use social media to strategically build brands, create attention and generate advocacy on a global scale. Ideally, they will have 3 years experience in social media marketing, and be degree educated, preferably within journalism, marketing, or any other relevant field. 

Pre Sales Design Engineer, Johnson Controls

The role of Pre Sales Design Engineer involves you designing complex, integrated security systems and system upgrades to meet customer requirements within technical, legal, cost, quality and timescale constraints. You will be responsible for the production of all technical aspects of the tender responses and written customer proposals. Occasionally you will be involved in demonstrating or presenting technology solutions to customers.

This role is based within the UK team of sales support specialists who support customers around the UK with their integrated security design requirements. As Design Consultant you will present technical security solutions to customers. You will demonstrate your technical design knowledge during engagement and project planning. A key part of your role is to ensure customer satisfaction through reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, and delivery of complex sales proposals.

You will handle ambiguity well, make decisions and effectively manage change. You will be an expert in taking on new technology. You will have excellent communication skills within a commercial security environment. You will be able to manage multiple competing priorities because of your excellent planning and organisation skills. You also understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practice.

Senior Director, Growth Marketing, ViacomCBS

Viacom CBS is building a new team providing a specific focus on growing and improving their UK streaming service, My5 and Pluto TV. ViacomCBS are one of the biggest spenders on content in the world, and with an ever more growing digital world improving and bolstering their streaming service is pivotal to their mission statement and continued success.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing leader with a proven track record scaling D2C media/tech brands through innovative full funnel acquisition and retention strategies. They will develop and execute a full-funnel acquisition and retention marketing strategy to achieve both short and long term growth for UK streaming including Pluto TV, My5, MTV Play and Noggin. They will also define and implement optimum digital channel mix and continuous test and learn strategy to maximise growth potential across Paid Social, SEM, Display, CTV and Affiliates. 

To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience of growth and performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands, ideally within media/ tech/ streaming/ subscription categories. You will also need full D2C marketing funnel experience (customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, winback) with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing.
