the INSIDER
I have already tipped THE PACKAGE and ARBOUR SUPREME in tomorrow’s National and I’m still happy with both selections. In fact, I’m going to recommend you put an additional 2% win on the latter as I’m growing more confident as the ground dries out.
The two other horses that I like are Big Fella Thanks and Mon Mome. Willie Mullins, trainer of Arbour Supreme also has a cracking chance with Snowy Morning. A friend of mine reckons he sits head and shoulders above the rest of the field according to his comprehensive trends analysis. He is the right age, has the perfect weight, is well handicapped on his best form and has been competitive over both shorter and extreme distances during his career. He also comes here on the back of three interesting performances at trips well short of what is required here. Connections admit that he was not ridden correctly last year and state he will be ridden handier this time around (much like in 2008 when finishing 3rd) making use of his ability to travel at pace.
