Set up by ex-Disney Blackrock studio creatives, the Origami team will work on Mind Candy’s new project Candy Labs, an innovation studio. The financials were not disclosed.

    The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) said yesterday it is looking at the acquisition of LCH.Clearnet by the London Stock Exchange. The LSE won approval to take a majority stake in the Anglo-French clearing house in April, after offering €20 a share. The OFT will decide if the deal will affect competition in any market.
