Developers Fabrica and Rydon hope the jewels in the crown at their Jigsaw development has great investment potential, offering approximately 1,100sqft of space spread over two floors. Architectural firm Conran and Partners has been involved in the design of the scheme, an 11-year project which will bring new parks, pedestrianised walkways and a new primary school to the area.
