Holt ridicules England omission
FOOTBALL: Norwich striker Grant Holt has admitted he gave up on an England call up at the end of last season, calling his exclusion “ridiculous”. He said: “I think I’ll never be in it. Roy’s come in and is picking his players. When two friendlies came up and I wasn’t included, it was ridiculous to be honest.”
