FSA BANS TWO BROKERS
THE Financial Services Authority’s (FSA) head of enforcement Margaret Cole yesterday fined and banned two stockbrokers for using inside information to allow their clients to buy shares in listed health food company Provexis before it announced a deal with a major unnamed food firm. The FSA fined William James Coppin and Perry John Bliss £70,000 and £30,000 respectively for their role in the 2007 deal.
