Merchant Securities
Lindsey Hamilton, formerly head of wealth management at WH Ireland Group, has been appointed as sales director of Merchant Securities Wealth Management. In addition, Chris Theis will join Merchant Securities Limited in August as head of institutional sales and research, moving from Daniel Stewart & Co.
AXA Real Estate
The real estate manager has appointed Matthias Leube as regional head of the Property Services Group and local head of Germany, based in Cologne. He joins from Deutsche Bank, where he was managing director of the bank’s EMEA real estate portfolio.
Mills & Reeve
The law firm has promoted associates David Gooding, Neil Howes and Stephen Hamilton, who specialise in professional negligence, insurance and corporate finance respectively, to the partnership, bringing the number of partners to 97.
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain
The City law firm has promoted Richard Burger and Alison Clarke to its all-equity partnership. Burger is a former senior enforcement lawyer at the FSA who joined RPC in 2008, and Clarke, who joined RPC in 2001, advises on insurance coverage and defence.
Brown Rudnick
The law firm has appointed Massimo Galli as a partner in its London office. Galli joins from White & Case, where he developed a cross-border capital markets, M&A and finance practice with a focus on Italy and emerging markets.
