White & Case
Lindsey Canning has joined global law firm White & Case LLP as a partner in its global intellectual property practice, in London. She will work closely with the global mergers & acquisitions practice, advising clients on intellectual property and technology matters. Lindsey, who joins from Freshfields, has extensive experience advising clients on intellectual property and technology matters, across a broad range of industry sectors, on M&A transactions and IPOs. Her practice also includes advising clients – both customer and supply side – on a wide range of commercial agreements, both in relation to business separations and on a standalone basis.
Rocket Fuel
Rocket Fuel has appointed Lisa Middleton as regional sales manager to support its continued growth in the region. Lisa has worked in the advertising industry for over 13 years of which she spent five and a half years at Specific Media cultivating relationships with key agencies and driving business growth. In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for driving Rocket Fuel’s share of voice in the north of England as a key programmatic media partner for advertisers. Lisa will report into Rocket Fuel’s regional sales director Dave Hendry.
Grosvenor Group
Grosvenor Group, the privately owned international property group, has announced that Peter Vernon, currently chief executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, will take up the new role of group executive director, reporting to the group chief executive, Mark Preston. Craig McWilliam, currently Grosvenor Britain & Ireland’s executive director for the London Estate, will succeed Peter as chief executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. He will join the Grosvenor Group’s executive committee. Both appointments come into effect on 1 January 2017.
Keller Williams UK
Estate agents Keller Williams UK has announced that Eddie Redstone has joined the senior team of the Mayfair market centre. His focus will be on recruiting more agents for this key London area over the next twelve months. The team has recently moved offices as they have outgrown their first Mayfair offices over the past six months. Eddie, who trained as an accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward, has been in residential estate agency and financial services for over 30 years both as an employee and running his own business, always focused on the London area. Keller Williams has more than 135,000 estate agents in 700 market centres worldwide.
