The law firm has announced the appointment of Anna Cook as a senior litigation partner. She joins from Radiant Law, the technology and outsourcing boutique, where she set up its dispute resolution team in 2012. Cook was also formerly a partner at Wedlake Bell.
Kleinwort Benson
Andrew Shiels has been appointed global chief risk officer at the private banking and wealth management firm. He was previously interim global chief risk officer at Cazenove Capital Management, and has also held senior risk positions at Lloyds, KPMG, Standard Life, and RBS.
Jupiter
Stephen Mitchell has been appointed head of strategy, global equities at the investment firm. He will join in the new year from Caledonia Investments, where he has been associate director since 2011. Mitchell has also held roles at Fleming & Co and JP Morgan Asset Management.
Mercer
Ben Gunnee has been appointed UK head of fiduciary management at the talent, health, retirement, and investments firm. He has been at Mercer for 12 years and currently heads up its investments business in the Middle East.
Sarasin & Partners
The asset manager has announced two appointments. Marc Robinson joins as sales director. He was previously sales director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Pioneer Global Investments and has also held roles at Amundi. Ally Kidd joins as sales support and client relationship manager from Liontrust, where she was head of broker sales and client relationship management. Kidd has also held roles at Jupiter and Legal & General.
Clyde & Co
The law firm has announced the appointment of Robert Wilson as partner in its clinical negligence team. He joins from Capsticks. Wilson specialises in clinical negligence defence litigation, and works for both medical malpractice insurers and NHS bodies, serving as a nominated partner for the NHS litigation authority.
Tilney Bestinvest
Rebecca Doble has been appointed financial planner at the investment and financial planning firm. She joins after 19 years at Lloyds Private Banking, where she advised high net worth clients on all aspects of financial planning.
