The networking solutions company has announced the hire of Joy Gardham as regional sales director for Western Europe. She was previously at Oracle, where she was operations director. Prior to that, Gardham held various roles at ICS Solutions and Microsystems.
Macquarie Securities
Duncan Farr has been appointed head of financial institutions sales for Europe at the institutional equities arm of Macquarie Group. Farr joins from Nomura, where he was industry sector head for European banks for five years. Before that, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Societe Generale.
Heartwood Investment Management
The investment management firm has recruited Guy Davies as head of charities. Davies has nearly 20 years’ industry experience. He was most recently head of charities, trusts and private clients at Evercore Pan-Asset. Before that, he held senior business development positions at Barclays Wealth, Lazard Asset Management and Baring Asset Management.
BlueBay Asset Management
The asset management company has appointed Lisa Stuart as director of sales for the UK and Ireland. She joins from BlueCrest, where she was consultant relations manager.
Hardy
Lloyd Tunnicliffe has joined the underwriting firm as property treaty business unit manager. He was previously at Kiln, where he was an active underwriter.
Eversheds
The law firm has announced the appointment of Andrew Herring as a partner in its international transport team. Herring was most recently at Greenberg Traurig Maher, where he was a partner.
Selftrade
The online broker has recruited Alex Buffet as chief executive. Buffet joins from Societe Generale Securities Services, where he was a director.
Bective Leslie Marsh
Adam Stackhouse has been appointed director of land and new homes at the property company. He has formerly held director-level roles at Hamptons International and Chesterton Humberts.
