Barclays
The bank has announced the appointment of James Brincat to its Beyond Benefits business. He has over 12 years’ experience working in financial services. Brincat was most recently at Thomsons Online Benefits, where he was an account director and head of partnerships.
ING
The financial services group has hired Leo Greve as head of global capital markets in its commercial banking division. He has previously held senior roles at Citigroup, Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley.
Rogge Global Partners
The investment management firm has hired David Jacob as chief executive. Jacob has over 27 years’ experience in fixed-income investing. He was most recently vice chairman of Henderson Global Investors.
BDO
Susan Walker has joined the accountancy and business advisory firm as a senior director in its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team. She previously worked at Fox-Davies Capital. Prior to that, Walker spent 17 years at KPMG Corporate Finance.
Charles Russell
The law firm has recruited Dhana Doobay as senior counsel in its technology, media and telecommunications practice. She formerly held senior roles in the telecommunications teams at Ashurst and Clifford Chance.
Finnegan
The intellectual property (IP) law firm has appointed two partners to its London office. Anthony Tridico has been appointed managing partner for Europe, and has over 15 years’ experience in IP law. Martin Hyden joined Finnegan in 2010 as a partner from Rouse, where he was head of its UK patents practice.
Cordea Savills
Jon Crossfield has joined the property investment manager as head of investment mandates. He joins from Savills, where he was a director in its investment advisory team.
MetLife
Andy Stephenson has been appointed head of sales for UK employee benefits at the insurance company. He joined MetLife earlier this year from Aviva.
