The commercial property consultancy has made three appointments to its national valuation team. Matthew Lemin (right) joins as an associate director in its valuation division. He was most recently at GL Hearn, and has previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield. Riaan Fourie joins as an associate director from DTZ. Matthew Armstrong joins as a surveyor.

The payments services company has announced the appointment of Kerry Agiasotis as global managing director for its business solutions division. He has over 20 years business management, sales and consulting experience. Agiasotis was formerly regional managing director for Asia-Pacific at Travelex Global Business Payments.
Winckworth Sherwood
Simon Newsham has joined the law firm as a partner in its dedicated tax team. He most recently led his own tax law practice, Newsham Tax Solicitors. Prior to that, he was head of tax at Dorsey & Whitney, and held roles at Macfarlanes and KPMG.

The communications agency has hired Mark Hemingway as a senior communications counsel in its corporate PR practice. He previously held roles at HSBC and HBOS.

Terry Baxter has joined the financial services software provider as a risk and compliance director. He has over 20 years’ industry experience, and specialises in compliance and regulation. Baxter was most recently a director at Grant Thornton.
Parabis Law
The law firm has appointed three insurance and commercial law partners. Philip Lawrence was formerly a partner at Beachcroft Stanleys. Paul Cha and Victoria Jordan previously worked at Mills & Reeve.
Redefine International
Bernard Nackan has been appointed to the UK Real Estate Investment Trust’s board. He was formerly an executive director at Sage Group.
