Colliers International
The property company has announced the appointment of Michael Hawkins as a partner in its national offices team. He was most recently at WHR Property Consultants, where he was a partner advising property and development companies, funds, and investors. Prior to that, he spent ten years at Lambert Smith Hampton.
Balderton
The European venture capital firm has recruited Daniel Waterhouse as a partner. Waterhouse was formerly a partner at Wellington Partners. He has previously worked at 3i, and before that was a mergers and acquisitions specialist at Yahoo.
Investec Specialist Bank
The bank has appointed Alexandre Neiss to its corporate lending business. He was previously at Deutsche Bank, where he worked in corporate finance within its healthcare investment banking arm. Prior to that, he worked in the leverage finance division at RBS.
Charles Russell
The law firm has announced the hire of Jonathan Radcliffe as a partner in its intellectual property team. Radcliffe qualified in 1986 and joins from Mayer Brown. He has previously practised at Hogan Lovells and worked for Nabarro.
Aviva Investors
The asset management business has recruited Martin Zdravkov as assistant fund manager on its returns enhancing and liability matching social housing fund. He joins from Notting Hill Housing Group.
UBS Wealth Management
Vinay Bedi has joined the wealth management business as an executive director. He previously spent 25 years at Brewin Dolphin, where he worked in its asset management division, and focused on pension funds and high net worth private clients.
Mercer
The insurance company has hired Siobhan Martin as UK human resources director and member of its board and leadership team. She joined Mercer Australia in 2001.
Lloyds Bank
Sean Gilchrist has joined the bank’s commercial banking division as managing director of global channels. Gilchrist has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry. He joins from Barclays, where he was managing director for digital banking, UK retail and business banking.
Atrium
The European real estate firm has promoted Ljudmila Popova to its executive management team. She joined Atrium in 2009 from Kempen, where she was an equity research analyst.
