The professional services firm appoints Ken Hall as partner and Curtis Baron as director to its UK security and business resilience practices. Hall joins from Wipro, and has over 25 years of IT experience. Baron joins from RBS, where he was group head of Resilience.

Matt Peers has been appointed as the law firm’s new director of Information Systems and Strategy (ISS). Peers is currently chief information officer for the UK and Switzerland at Deloitte. Prior to this, he held a senior position at Carphone Warehouse.
RationalFX
The foreign exchange and international payments company has appointed Chris Humphrey as chief operating officer. Humphrey joins from UKForex, where he was head of UK Business. Humphreys will be responsible for developing the company’s growth and scalability.
Russell Investments
Alexandre Martin has been appointed portfolio manager in the asset management firms transition management division. Martin joins from Societe Generale in Luxembourg, where he served as assistant portfolio manager.
Chemist Direct
Mark Livingstone has joined Chemist Direct, the online healthcare retailer, as chief executive. Previously chief executive of LOVEFiLM and online business directory Scoot, Livingstone he was also a founding non-executive director of snack subscription business, Graze.com.
Jones Lang LaSalle
Claire Macken rejoins the Retail Valuation team as director. She was previously within the Shopping Centre Investment division at DTZ, where she worked with clients including Aviva, Invesco and Blackstone. Ed Johnston Stewart and Matthew Parry will join the South East Office Agency team as associate directors, moving from JLL’s Corporate Consulting and Planning and Development teams respectively.
BNP Paribas
The financial services company has appointed four senior global equity managers to build a new global equity capability. The team is led by Simon Roberts, and he is joined by Jonathan Barnett, James Mann and Stewart Lambert. Roberts, who will be based in London, will report to Guy Davies, director of Equities.
