The asset manager has appointed Corinna Mitchell as general counsel. She has over 20 years’ experience as a banking and finance lawyer, and was a partner in the London office of Dechert for the past seven years. Mitchell has also worked as a partner at Baker & McKenzie in London, and as a solicitor at firms in London and Australia.
The accountancy and business advisory firm has appointed three partners. Mark Walters joins its private client services team. He was previously managing partner at Frank Hirth. Andrew Mair joins as an audit partner from PwC, where he spent 19 years advising owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies and mid-market firms. Kyla Bellingall joins from Grant Thornton, and will head up BDO’s Midlands not-for-profit assurance practice.

Andrew Toll has been appointed wealth planner at the private bank. Prior to joining Weatherbys, he was a wealth planner at Barclays Private Bank, providing wealth structuring advice on tax efficient investing, succession planning and financial protection.
The property developer has appointed Paul Delaney as chief operating officer and Damien Cartmell as production director. Delaney has previously worked as group construction director at Ardmore Construction and a divisional director at United House. Cartmell was previously operations manager at United House, and has also held roles at Barratt Homes, Bouygues and Ardmore Construction.

Robert Cosslett has been appointed investment manager with specialism in the retail and leisure sectors at the real estate fund manager. He joins from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he spent the past five years gaining experience across the hotel and hospitality sector, as well as in retail and leisure investment.
