Fitch Learning
The financial education firm has announced the appointment of David Gumley to its sales division. Gumley was most recently at BPP Professional Education, where he was commercial director for the northern region.
Lloyds Banking Group
Eric Jenkins has joined the bank as a director in its acquisition finance division. Jenkins has over 15 years’ industry experience, and specialises in high yield and leveraged loans. He was previously at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in leveraged and acquisition finance. Prior to that, he held various roles at Deutsche Bank.
Barclays
The bank has recruited Alan Maudsley as head of business development in its Scottish team. Maudsley has 28 years’ banking experience. He joins from RBS, where he was head of corporate development for the west of Scotland.
Coutts
Vivienne Ng has been appointed executive director and head of the China desk for Coutts’s international business in the UK. Ng joins from Credit Suisse, where she was a director for the greater China and south east Asia team. She has previously held various positions at Mitsubishi Bank and UBS.
Capital & Regional
The specialist property company has hired Mark Bourgeois as an executive director. He is currently managing director for shopping centres at the firm. He joined Capital & Regional in 1998 from Donaldsons.
BTIG
The financial services firm has appointed Greg Warhaftig as a senior sales trader. Warhaftig has over 25 years’ industry experience. He was most recently at Macquarie Bank, where he was an institutional sales trader and division director.
Incopro
Helen Saunders, former head of internet investigations at the BPI, has joined the rights protection business to provide support on product design and enhancement.
St Modwen
The regeneration property company has appointed Richard Mully as a non-executive director. Mully is currently a non-executive director at Aberdeen Asset Management.
