City moves for 14 January – who’s switching jobs at Robeco, Greenberg Traurig and Aminex?
Who’s moving roles today?
Robeco
Robeco, the pure-play international asset manager, has appointed two senior members to its global fixed income macro team. Jamie Stuttard joined the team as co-head of the global fixed income macro team and fixed income strategist. Regina Borromeo (pictured) joined the team as portfolio manager. Jamie will co-manage Robeco’s global total return bond fund and Robeco’s all strategy euro bonds fund together with Fred Belak, who holds final responsibility for the team.
Jamie also joins the global credit team as credit strategist. He previously worked at HSBC Bank in London where he was head of European and US credit strategy. Prior to that, he held several senior fixed income positions at Fidelity, Schroder Investment Management and Pimco Europe.
Regina complements the team’s expertise by focusing on top-down credit allocation strategies within the total return funds. She previously worked at Brandywine Global Investment Management in London, where she last held a position as head of international high yield. Before that, she held a variety of positions including portfolio manager and senior credit analyst with Morgan Stanley in London and Philadelphia.
Greenberg Traurig
Global law firm Greenberg Traurig announced that Bradford Kaufman will join Ernest Greer as co-president. Kaufman, resident in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, is currently defending the key figure in the Barclays case in London – the only major prosecution stemming from the financial crisis.
Most recently, he served as a senior vice president and treasurer of Greenberg Traurig and as global chairman of the firm’s professional development and integration. Bradford has been with the firm for more than 18 years, has led efforts on firm-wide associate issues, as well as on shareholder elevations and on professional development and integration. He has worked on a number of major cases.
Aminex
Aminex is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Beal as an independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect. Linda Beal is a chartered accountant and has over 30 years’ experience with PwC including over 16 years as partner, during which time she led services to various international resources groups and advised on many transactions.
Linda was also a partner at Grant Thornton for two years, where she led the global energy and natural resources group, with a significant focus on Africa. Linda is currently non-executive director at Tax Systems, San Leon Energy and Kropz. Linda will chair the Aminex Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.
