REDEFINE INTERNATIONAL
The UK real estate investment trust has appointed Janine Ackermann as head of investor relations. She joins from SABMiller, where she spent the past seven years holding positions in investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and corporate finance and development. Ackermann trained as a chartered account with KPMG in South Africa, and has held audit and transaction services roles at the firm.
THE FOUNDRY
The design and visual effects software business has appointed Alex Mahon as chief executive. She joins from Shine Group, the production company, where she was chief executive. Mahon has also previously held senior roles at alkback Thames, FremantleMedia Group and RTL Group.
SAVILLS
The property consultancy has appointed Paul Harding as director in its rating team in London. He has over 32 years’ experience in the property sector, and has previously held positions at Aitchison Rafferty, Wilks Head and Eve and the Valuation Office Agency. Harding has particular experience in industrial, education, healthcare and leisure rating.
KING & WOOD MALLESONS
The law firm has appointed Bart Capeci as a partner in its global capital markets practice in London. He joins from Sidley Austin, where he was a partner in its capital markets group. Capeci also previously spent over 13 years at Allen & Overy, where he worked in its international capital markets practice. He is a US-qualified securities lawyer.
SANDAIRE INVESTMENT OFFICE
Lucy Lynch has been appointed head of legal, risk, regulatory and compliance at the London-based investment office. She has previously worked at Morgan Stanley, where she was head of legal, international investment and managing director for eight years. Lynch has also held roles at Independent Franchise Partners, Framlington and Gartmore.
TLT
The law firm has announced the appointment of Julian Skeens as a partner in its specialist licensing team. He was previously head of the licensing law group at Jeffrey Green Russell. Skeens has over 30 years’ experience in the sector, sits on the National Licensing Forum, and is a fellow of the Institute of Licensing.
