    The President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, has signed a law repealing the anti-protest legislation that was passed earlier this month. On Tuesday, the country’s parliament voted overwhelmingly to annul the legislation, which banned protesters from wearing helmets and blockading public buildings.
