AIM-Listed Pulsar Group hit with High Court petition by HMRC
Pulsar Group, a UK-based technology company listed on AIM, and its media matchmaking subsidiary, ResponseSource, face a winding-up petition from HMRC.
The group, formerly known as Access Intelligence, provides SaaS solutions for the global marketing, public relations and journalism sectors. A petition filed with the London High Court on Friday named it. Additionally, ResponseSource, the group’s digital matchmaking service for journalists and PR professionals, was named in a separate winding-up petition filed by HMRC on Monday, according to court records seen by City AM.
A winding-up petition is a legal process initiated against companies that have failed to pay outstanding debts. HMRC often uses this measure against businesses with unpaid tax bills.
