A bus exploded on Lambeth Bridge on Sunday morning as part of filming for a Hollywood movie.

The moment the double decker exploded as part of a stunt in the film was caught on camera by Lambeth Fire Brigade.

And by MP Nigel Huddleston.

The filming was taking place for The Foreigner starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan, with Casino Royale and Golden Eye director Martin Campbell reportedly directing.

Met police working along the Thames had earlier warned people that there would be loud special effects in the area and for people not to be concerned if they saw or heard the explosion.
