Why not take a lunch break in Italy tomorrow afternoon at Novikov’s street market?

Escape from the City rat-race for an hour or two tomorrow afternoon at an authentic Italian street market seconds away from Green Park underground.

 

Esteemed restaurant Novikov is transforming its airy dining room into a bustling summer market, where it will be offering oysters, seafood and fish (courtesy of The Wright Brothers), premium beef, veal, sausages and black pudding (from O’Shea’s), mozzarella and charcuterie (from Natoora), and Italian olive oils and vinegars (from Apulia), as well as a host of fresh ingredients from its very own Brent Eleigh Victorian kitchen garden in Suffolk.

 

The event – which will run from 11am to 4pm – will also host a number of interactive events, including wine tastings and butchery demonstrations.
